Questions about pricing
Do you charge per property?
No. Plans use an allowance of active young people, so adding a property does not automatically increase the subscription.
Do you charge per staff account?
Operations, Scale and Enterprise include unlimited staff accounts.
What does implementation include?
Discovery, configuration, agreed data migration, templates, training and a supported go-live. The target is five working days. Founding partners pay no implementation fee.
Is there a long minimum contract?
No. There is a 30-day notice period. Paying annually gets you two months free.
Can we pilot one property?
A configured paid pilot can be discussed if you need to prove fit before a wider rollout.
