Yes. Core is designed as an entry point to the platform — automated commissioner reporting and the basics. Upgrading to Growth or Pro at any time preserves all your report history and data.
Neither. TIFA Connect charges per young person supported. A provider with 8 properties and 40 young people pays £560/month on Growth — compared to £1,200 or more under per-property pricing models.
TIFA Connect is hosted on Supabase EU West infrastructure in Ireland, satisfying UK GDPR data residency requirements. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. A full Data Processing Agreement is available on request. See our Security page for complete details.
