Who we are

A Welsh provider that built the platform it needed.

TIFA Life is a South Wales supported accommodation provider. Two years live, 30 properties, currently supporting 60+ young people across South Wales. Over 150 supported since opening. We built TIFA Connect because we couldn't find software that understood how Welsh supported accommodation actually runs. Now we're opening it to other Welsh providers.

Welsh local authorities require Regulation 80 reports for placements. Most providers spend three days a month writing them. TIFA Connect generates the narrative on the 1st of every month, populated from your daily logs, key working sessions, incidents, and welfare checks. Your registered manager reviews, edits if needed, and approves. Sent automatically to the commissioner.

Unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people funded through the National Transfer Scheme can be supported up to the age of 25. TIFA Connect handles the age-extension correctly: financial modelling, commissioning paperwork, transition planning, leaving care milestones. Built because we run NTS-funded placements in TIFA Life. Tested in TIFA Life before we offered it to anyone else.
